Mariotti and DeSalvo emphasis the gifts and talents of an entrepreneur as the motivating source and foundation for building a business. Passion is usually the underlying source that causes entrepreneurs to "Never give up". However, the authors also note the following as components that keep a business thriving:
- Managing money
- Connecting with customers
- Protecting business services
- Growing your business
- Harvesting your business
- Writing a business plan
I enjoyed this book because it has chock full of business resources, case studies, and so much more for the developing and seasoned entrepreneur.
